Carolina Design & Construction was formed to bring our customers visions alive. C.D.C. formed out of the first partnership of its two shareholders. Over the last four years they have created six venues establishing an entertainment staple on Glenwood Ave South, Downtown Raleigh. Using what would normally be considered to small or outdated structures.
We have our unlimited building classification and are fully licensed: GC#74293
CDC has been able to preserve a portion of Glenwood Ave South which could have been ripe for redevelopment. Instead CDC helped create sustainable assets which have been very successful and in turn persevered these historic structures some of which are over one hundred years old. Preserving and maintaining some of the character and history of Glenwood Ave South.
